Terms of Service

Review draft — not yet approved

Last updated October 10, 2026. These terms require review by a Florida attorney and confirmation of VUE’s legal entity, content licenses, checkout consent, cancellation workflow and registered DMCA agent before publication. Contact: contact@vuenow.net; (407) 222-8888; Orlando, Florida.

Service and eligibility

VUE offers access to streaming entertainment through supported devices. Subscribers must be at least 18 and authorized to use their payment method. Channel availability, programming and compatibility may change. Confirm desired channels and device support before purchase. Firestick and Roku apps are in development; Vizio Smart TVs and other devices may not be supported.

Content rights and permitted use

VUE must own or hold all necessary rights, licenses and permissions to distribute each item of content it makes available. This draft does not establish or verify those rights. Subscribers receive only a limited, personal, noncommercial right to access authorized content during an active subscription. No ownership of content transfers. Do not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, bypass access controls or use the service unlawfully.

Monthly recurring billing

The VUE More Plan is $34.95 per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. By expressly agreeing to recurring billing at checkout, you authorize the disclosed payment provider to charge your selected payment method monthly until cancellation. The renewal date and total charge must be shown before purchase. Price changes require advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. These terms alone do not constitute checkout consent.

Easy cancellation and refunds

No long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Request cancellation at contact@vuenow.net or (407) 222-8888 before your next renewal. Confirm this process is monitored and operational before publication. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless a refund or lawful termination applies. The 7-day money-back guarantee permits a refund request within seven days of the initial purchase. Contact us with the account email and purchase details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, subject to the provider’s processing time. Outside this guarantee, payments are nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise.

User content and conduct

If the service accepts user submissions, you remain responsible for what you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights and consents. Do not submit infringing, unlawful, abusive or misleading material. You grant VUE only the nonexclusive permission needed to process, display or moderate your submission for the service. VUE may remove material or suspend access for violations, subject to applicable law. These provisions do not eliminate VUE’s own legal responsibilities.

DMCA notices — agent verification required

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, provides conditional safe harbors, not automatic immunity. To rely on an applicable safe harbor, VUE must meet its legal requirements, including designation and registration of a copyright agent where required, adoption and reasonable implementation of a repeat-infringer policy, and accommodation of standard technical measures. Agent name, address, telephone and dedicated email: TO BE CONFIRMED AND REGISTERED. General copyright inquiries may be sent to contact@vuenow.net, but it is not represented here as a registered agent address.

Copyright notice and counter-notice process

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice generally must include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury. Qualifying notices will be reviewed and material removed or disabled where appropriate. Counter-notices under § 512(g)(3) generally require a signature, identification and former location of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of mistake or misidentification, contact information, and consent to the appropriate federal court’s jurisdiction and acceptance of service. Restoration under § 512(g) may occur after 10–14 business days following receipt of a qualifying counter-notice unless notice of a filed court action is received. Misrepresentations may create liability under § 512(f). Do not submit false notices.

Disclaimers, responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access or particular programming. No term excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users are responsible for their own unlawful acts and rights violations; any indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by law and to claims arising from those acts. Florida law governs to the extent applicable, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or federal law. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive nonwaivable rights.

Changes and contact

Material updates will be posted and communicated where legally required. Changes to recurring prices require advance notice. Questions about service, refunds, privacy or copyright may be sent to contact@vuenow.net. Confirm operational procedures and obtain legal review before publishing.
